Dominican Classical Estate

This magnificent 1930’s home required a make-over to meet the needs of a vibrant, growing multigenerational family. A well-designed, multi-phase master plan was created to expand the main house while adding a guest house and multi-purpose pool house. Main house additions included creation of a grand chef’s kitchen with modern fixtures, surfaces, and up-to-the-minute lighting fixtures and design. A new, more contemporary game room was added to the main house with connections to the exterior dining and pool areas. A charming new guest house was designed to mimic the Tudor style of the main house along with a separate pool house adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a big family.
